This page explains the cancellation and right-of-withdrawal terms for digital licenses and services purchased through RaxBoard, prepared in line with distance-selling regulations.
You may cancel your order before delivery (before the license key is generated). To cancel, email [email protected]; if your payment was already charged, it is refunded in full.
For digital content and services that begin to be performed immediately with your consent, the right of withdrawal may lapse under applicable law. Even so, RaxBoard grants a 14-day withdrawal and refund window for unused core licenses (see Delivery & Refund).
Send your cancellation or withdrawal request to [email protected] with your account email and order number. We review it within 3 business days and notify you of the outcome by email.
For approved cancellations, the refund is issued to the original card or method (via iyzico) within 14 business days. Bank or iyzico processing times may be included in this period.
