I lost my license key. How can I recover it?

Sign in to your client area and go to Licenses — every license you own is listed there. If you cannot sign in, use the email recovery flow from the login screen.

How do I update my forum to the latest version?

Open Admin → Update inside your forum. The page checks the SaaS for the latest stable build, fetches a signed download token, and applies the update in-place.

How do I install an add-on from the marketplace?

Open Admin → Marketplace inside your forum, find the add-on, click Install. Your forum verifies your license entitlements with the SaaS before downloading.

How long does support last?

Each license includes 12 months of support and updates. Renew from Admin → License → Renew when it is close to expiry.

I want to publish my own add-on. Where do I start?

Sign in here, open the Developer area, complete your profile, and create a new submission. Free add-ons publish at no charge; paid add-ons require a one-time $5 listing fee.
