All products sold on RaxBoard are digital (software licenses, add-ons, themes and digital services). This page explains our delivery and refund terms.
All products are delivered digitally; there is no physical shipping. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your license key and download link become available in your account and by email. Delivery is normally instant; in case of a technical delay it completes within 24 hours at the latest.
For core licenses, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the license has not been bound to a domain that has received live traffic. Refunds require the product to be unused.
Once downloaded or activated, marketplace items (third-party add-ons, themes) and completed digital services are non-refundable. Core licenses already in use on a bound domain fall outside the refund scope.
Send your refund request to [email protected] with your account email and order number. Eligible requests are approved within 3 business days, and the refund is completed to the original payment method (via iyzico/card) within 14 business days.
